Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition;
- Free from odors, stains, makeup marks, or signs of wear;
- Returned in the original gift box or packaging, with all tags and accessories intact;
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of wear or use (including hats that have been worn, reshaped, or altered) are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at support@kisslila.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
PayPal processing fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable, in accordance with PayPal’s policy. As these fees are collected directly by PayPal and are not returned to us, the refunded amount will exclude the PayPal transaction fee, where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, style, or size, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (including jewelry or headwear), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kisslila.com, and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
