Shipping Policy

All orders are handmade with care and typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

We ship worldwide from our studio. Estimated delivery times are as follows: 10–16 business days

• Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
• Standard shipping: $9.99 USD for orders under $50.
• Express shipping (where available): Calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package via your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post).

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@kisslila.com.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country. Kisslila cannot predict or cover these charges, and they are not included in the checkout total.

We declare all international shipments as “gift” with a low declared value to help minimize potential fees, but policies vary by country.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment will incur a $15 USD fee.
